Northeast High School School Unveils its New 24-Classroom Building
Northeast High School recently unveiled its new 24-classroom building and a multi-purpose resource lab, highlighting a commitment to meet the evolving needs of its campus. Among the notable attendees at the celebration were School Board Member Sarah Leonardi, School Board Vice-Chair Debra Hixon, representatives from the zone administration, Broward County long time school advocates, and members of the school community, including the principal, teachers, and students.
The SMART bond program has directed approximately $47 million towards crucial renovations at Northeast High School. In addition to the new building, the investments encompass art labs, office space, and a teacher planning room, as well as campus-wide improvements to HVAC systems, roofing, and ADA-compliant restrooms.
